Not just that, Dayton has the first flight school and the first military airfield and the first emergency parachute jump; all these firsts belong to Dayton. If you are an aviation lover or you have children that love aviation then this is the place for you, this is a national aviation heritage area and you can spend a week just seeing all there is on aviation here.
There is the 800 year old Native American village to see, called SunWatch, as well as the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery which helps you to dream and learn with a zoo, explore our universe, and do the hands on science and just so much more. Patterson Homestead Museum gives you the chance to see 19th century style rooms and share in the history of what this family did, you will be surprised at how much they have done that you know. Car lovers will like the wonderful Citizens Motor Car Company: America’s Packard, with some fifty cars and exhibits in a restored art-deco style showroom. Here there are Malls and great shops so the shoppers out there can really have a good shop. In the Oregon Historic District you can find shops that are one of a kind and some great places to have a meal, any time of day.

While this hotel is in the downtown area it has a lovely lounge that is called the Cricket’s Lounge and here they make good cocktails in a relaxing atmosphere. They have a Polo Grille Restaurant that has a good menu in a nice setting. The rooms have air conditioning, a work area, and good in-room entertainment that has cable, pay per view, and video games. There is a coffee maker and hairdryer, as well. The bathroom has a curved shower rail and the bathroom amenities are from the Neutrogena range. There is high speed internet access, in the rooms, as well as having other things like in room fax. The rooms are clean and bright with a relaxing modern feel. There is an indoor pool for the guests to use as well as a Jacuzzi. For exercise lovers there is the fitness room. This hotel has a gift shop, guest activity desk, concierge desk, and local area transport.

This hotel is in the downtown area and is the only hotel to have a rooftop restaurant and lounge, called Stars. This hotel offers the guest free airport transportation as well as giving the guest free high speed internet access. There is an outdoor pool as well as a fitness centre on-site. All rooms have cable TV, CD player, and coffee maker. There is a work area with a lamp. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, there is a comfortable chair as well, in the room. The dining here is great and the views are wonderful, as well as having room service from 6am till 12pm. Here there is a 24 hour lounge, for the guests to use. There is also a good business centre should you need this.
